Suggested travel day is Friday or Saturday for all delegates and guests.
Registration opens on Sunday morning. 

Participating in a Special Meeting?  Chapter Officers, Membership Coordinators, Nominations, Public Private Partnerships, and other special meetings will take place on Sunday morning.  Please plan to travel on Saturday for these meetings.

Parking.  The conference has negotiated $16 self-parking for registered guests of the Washington Marriott Wardman Park.  Valet parking is at the current rate.

Registered Delegates – Commuting (Day Parking)

Delegates who are registered for the Conference and commuting each day (not staying overnight at the hotel) may self-park at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park Sunday – Wednesday $16/day.

Attendees – Staying at any hotel other than the Washington Marriott Wardman Park Hotel

Attendees staying at any hotel other than the Washington Marriott Wardman Park Hotel should follow instructions for parking offered by the hotel at which they are staying. NO complimentary parking is guaranteed by the Conference at these hotels.  Attendees are “on your own” for parking.

Training and Exhibition Pass Participant Parking & Large Vehicle Day/Overnight Parking
